Groningen II

As you might have noticed, I failed spectacularly in updating my Groningen trip. By now I have a trip to Latvia to share. So I will just post this gif and maybe update with more ones later... when I find that time I keep losing.

Yes, there is a lot of gifs on here lately. Maybe I'll switch completely. And why shouldn't I? They are awesome.
Anyway. This one is for my dear friends M. and Mr. G. They are doing another awesome party, which I won't be able to attend. Sadly. I hope they come visit me soon, I now have upgraded to a room with a sofa/guestbed.

Today really couldn't get any better. Except if Annika were throwing a garden party after a thunderstorm. On one of my last days in this beautiful city. I raise a glass to all of my friends.

Strangers

Tonight will be the last improv show of Stranger Things Have Happened I will watch for a while. Seven days left in Groningen! Half of you probably don't know, but most ladies toilets have little writings on their doors. Some are particularly funny. This specific one combines Statistics with marketing strategies and human relations/gender studies. I decided that this could make a great new category. If you have more, send it my way.

Stranger Things

Monday nights are improv comedy nights in the O'Ceallaigh. "Stranger Things Have Happened" performed together with "Wat Ihr Wollt" from Oldenburg last night. As always, it was packed and we had a blast. They even performed one piece of German improv. I didn't think I would like that, but it was not bad. Anyways, enjoy the pictures.

The Improv Comedy is not the only group at USVA that was presenting this week. I just came back from the dance performances. I have to say it is definitely worth watching even if you don't know any of the performers. I also love the Grand Theatre in general. Look after the jump for cool performances.

Eeer, yeah, that is what Shakespeare would look like today, according to the people, who made the picture. You can probably find them by clicking on the link. It's from a British TV show. Anyway, I really liked how the blog was clicked on the other day more than a hundred times! There also seems to be a weird site linking here, no idea why. Can't find the link either. How is that even possible? To them I say:

To all the other people, who read this blog, I love you! Or I at least like you. But basically nobody visited the blog yesterday. Probably because I forget what I was told to put on? It was something about it being better to have an explosion, than no plate in the oven? My memory is patchy. We were also talking about the word, that describes the fear of long words: Hippopotomonstrousaequipodaliophobic. Well, I hope you feel educated enough for one day.
